The Savior, Sword, and Serpent

Satan translated means the adversary.  In scripture Jesus points out that no one can serve two masters.  You either hate the one and love the other or vice versa.

This painting is the reminder that God is creator and master of the universe.  Also, it is a reminder that Jesus is the victor and in him we can find victory with our lives.  He faced our every day's struggles, problems, and fears without sinning.  With God as our leader who can defeat us?
