Three Books: One Author

I love poetry because, like painting, it presents seas of ideas and thoughts, both salted with emotion.  The most tumultuous issue can be digressed by means of one simple phrase.  Often, the perceptions and sensations revealed in a poem connect with the reader so well that he would gladly tattoo its words onto his heart.  Without contest, my favorite poets are Pablo Neruda and Robert Frost.

Philosophy is the study of life- the reality (or illusion) in which we exist.  By dwelling on the purpose, reasoning, and structure of life, I attempt to discover the answer to the question “what makes a man’s life not a waste of time?”  It is true that you can live out your life here on earth without having questioned the purpose of life due to the fact that by instinct we observe patterns and apply them in order to survive.  Philosophy is a more intense observation of pattern, a further study in what applications affect, and the examination of survival and the purpose therein.

This book is very easy to read, as can be expected with sayings.  Read fast and digest the reading slowly just as you might enjoy a painting at face value and enjoy the meaning and implications even more.
